Examples/Twenty real reports

Twenty real reports. Nothing held back.

Every page below is a complete HaveTheIdea report — all sixteen sections, the scored verdict, the budget table, the licences, the sources. Not extracts, not teasers. Eight of them say the plan works. Twelve of them say it does not, and why.

How we work

Every report names its sources and links to them, and carries the date its figures were checked. We publish the verdict we get, including the ones that say don’t do it. Reports are research and educational material, not legal, tax or financial advice — confirm anything you act on with a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

How to read these
  • Each report was generated from five answers — the idea, the customer, the differentiator, the constraints and the country. They are printed at the top of every page, because the verdict belongs to those answers and not to the business type.
  • The score is out of ten and the verdict is one of five: Strong, Promising, Risky, Reconsider, or Don't do this. Nothing here is graded on a curve.
  • Numbers, licences and thresholds are cited to their source and dated. Where something could not be verified, the report says so instead of guessing.
  • Change any of the five answers and the verdict changes. That is the whole point — and it is what you are buying.

Your business type isn't on this list?

It does not have to be. Any business idea, any country — the report is the same sixteen sections at the same price. These twenty are the ones people ask about most often, not the only ones we cover. Describe your own idea.
